This Intellectual Property Release Agreement (hereinafter “Release”) effective as of the date of submission, is made by anyone who completes this form AND Black Luv Matter TM (hereinafter “New Rights Holder”), having the address at the following: 6316 Oxon Hill Road #1090, Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745.

Creator hereby warrants and authenticates as the author/owner/publisher of the materials submitted and has obtained all necessary legal rights and permissions to use the materials and/or convey their use to others. The permission Creator has obtained and assigned to New Rights Holder is not limited to the initially submitted purpose of use. The CreatorCreator will provide written requests for agreement modifications, or disclosures, regarding changes to original materials or if/when CreatorCreator becomes aware of a publishing or copywriting concern.

Creator affirms that I own the intellectual, and/or copywritten materials conveyed New Rights Holder for publication purposes. Creator further indemnifies New Rights Holder, its owners, agents, successors, and affiliates of all loss or liabilities, including civil actions, relating to any prior publishing agreements, or extended property rights of the submitted materials. Creator affirms that the presented content is authentic and that CreatorCreator holds all rights to the use and publication.

Creator hereby releases, and New Rights Holder does accept, the absolute and unconditional right to produce, prepare derivate works, distribute, perform, and/or display the submitted materials as applicable. The CreatorCreator does not hold any remaining rights in and provided materials and the unconditional ability to use the submitted materials exclusively to New Rights Holder.

Creator understands that this online submission grants The New Rights Holder the editorial and publication rights of the materials produced. Creator hereby warrants that CreatorCreator is of full legal age and has the right to contact the submitted materials.

Creator has read the above authorization, indemnifications, Release, and agreement before its execution, and is thoroughly familiar with and understands the contents thereof. Creator agrees to the terms knowingly and voluntarily. The consent and Release shall be binding upon CreatorCreator, all heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

This Release shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Maryland and any applicable federal laws. Both Parties consent to jurisdiction under the state and federal courts within the state of Maryland.

Creator acknowledges that CreatorCreator has reasonable and sufficient opportunity to obtain independent legal information regarding this Release. Creator covenants that CreatorCreator has either received such independent legal counsel advice before executing this Release or that Creator have independently and willingly chosen not to obtain legal advice and executing this Release without doing so.

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

The rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit of the New Rights Holder and be binding hereafter.
